I have just finished entertaining some international colleagues from our business in Taiwan and had the pleasure of meeting up again with Ian and Bill who were our drivers through the course of the week. As you are no doubt aware, our business is always eager to host our key markets in our heartland and so the importance of ensuring a seamless and enjoyable visit is of paramount importance. Part of that experience is with our travel arrangements and I would like to complement not only your business and the excellent condition of the coaches but especially both Bill and Ian as our drivers. This week Bill was occupied more with us but I have past experience with Ian – two individuals who continually ‘go the extra mile’ to ensure we are all relaxed and comfortable and who both accommodate our needs (which tend to change!) throughout any contracted periods. I always feel that in today’s world many people tend to find it easier to criticise and avoid praise – in every instance with your business, I cannot offer you higher praise and recommendation.
